By visiting or using our Diagnosis Platform or Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

ANY CAPITALIZED TERMS USED HEREIN WITHOUT DEFINITION SHALL HAVE THE MEANING GIVEN TO THEM IN THE COMPANY’S TERMS OF SERVICE.

Medical Diagnostic Data shall mean any data provided by the user through the use of Diagnosis Platform.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

Information You Provide to Us

We receive and store any information you knowingly/unknowingly provide on the Diagnosis Platform. For example, we collect information such as images of the Smear you provide. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features. We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you cannot be individually identified and provide that information to our affiliates.

Medical Diagnostic Data

In the process of You providing information and images through AS76 with PBS, you may be required to provide us with additional information which may be required to provide you with a detailed report through our Diagnosis Platform.

Medical Diagnostic Data does not include any Personal Health Information or any Personally Identifiable Information for example Name, Health records, age or any such information that is related to the health or personal details of the respective patient. If you have provided us with a means of contacting you, we may use such means to communicate with you. Your personal contact information or PHI of Patient is never visible on the Diagnosis Platform.

For example, we may communicate with you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive confirmation when you open a message from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more relevant and improve our Services. If you do not want to receive communications from us that are not important to the Service, please indicate your preference by contacting us through E-mail, telephone or any in person. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal information from us and should you choose to unsubscribe from the same, that legal information will still govern your use of the Services, and you are responsible for reviewing such legal information for changes.

When you interact with our Diagnosis Platform, we strive to make your experience easy and meaningful. We may use cookies and similar technologies to track the site of visitor or User activity and collect Diagnosis Platform data. In addition, we use cookies to collect Diagnosis Platform activity data of our Users.

Cookies – We use cookies to track visitor activity on the Diagnosis Platform. A cookie is a text file that a Diagnosis Platform transfers to your devices’ hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Our cookies assign a random, unique number to each visitor’s device. They do not contain information that would personally identify the visitor, although we can associate a cookie with any information that is or has been provided by a user while visiting our Diagnosis Platform. We use cookies that remain on the Diagnosis Platform for a specified period of time or until they are deleted (persistent cookies). We may also use cookies that exist only temporarily. These cookies allow you to log in to your account and they allow us to identify you temporarily as you move through the Diagnosis Platform. Most browsers allow users to refuse cookies but doing so may impede the functionality of some portions of our Diagnosis Platform.

Service Guarantees

We do collect and manage information obtained through the registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We endeavor to provide a functional and convenient Service, but we do not guarantee that your web browser, or mobile device will be compatible with this Diagnosis Platform or that any content will be uninterrupted or error free.

We shall not be responsible for any interruption in service due to, but not limited to, changes or updates in Users facility, network failure, or any other technical incident, not related to the Company. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the service without prior written notification.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The company under no circumstances collects any personal information or any part thereof, including any information that can be identified or traced back to a Patient.

Affiliated Businesses and third-Party Partners - We Do Not Control

In certain situations, businesses or third-party partners with which we are affiliated may sell items or provide services to you through our Services (either alone or jointly with us).

You can recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, and we will share your Information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or Service. We shall in no way provide your Information with the third party or partners without your express consent. One such service may include the ability for you to automatically transmit third party account information to your Services account or to automatically transmit information in your Services account to your third-party account. We have no control over the policies and practices of third party businesses as to privacy or anything else, so if you choose to take part in any transaction or service relating to an affiliated business, please review all such business’ policies.

Employees /Agents of Company

We follow a strict confidentiality clause with regard to disclosure of any Information to our employees or other personnel. There may be situations, where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our employees and other personnel on a need to know basis and who agree to abide by the confidentiality obligations. Any breach of Personal Information by the employees, personnel within the Company is taken stringently by the Company and may result in termination or initiation of legal actions on the defaulting person.

User Accounts and Submissions

Certain User account information, including without limitation a User’s name and location may be displayed on the Diagnosis Platform to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for Company’s services. Your account privacy settings allow you to limit what information in your user account is visible on the Diagnosis Platform. Any content you upload to your account, content that you voluntarily disclose online in any manner is never displayed or published in public by the Company.

Protection of Company and Others

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

With Your Consent

Except as set forth above, you will be notified when any Information provided by you may be shared with third parties in any form and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

You can always opt not to disclose information to use, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our special features.

You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at info@sigtuple.com . We will delete all of the content contained in your account; however, please note that some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may also keep a copy of any such information for legal archival purposes. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

Users and their employees, and their agents should be particularly aware of their obligations of patient confidentiality. We do not have, and will not accept, any obligations of confidentiality with respect to any communications other than those expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and the ToS.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you (for example, by email or a sign-in notification or some other means). By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy; if you do not agree to the change, simply don’t use the Service after the change is effective, in which case the change will not apply to you.
